SeanHendrix Enterprises was established to be a holding company, addressing the inefficiency and growth needs of U.S. manufacturing within the lower middle market. We have two goals: 1. facilitating the success of manufacturing in America and 2. acquiring manufacturing and supply chain focused companies while improving their operations and bringing more jobs to the local communities. In 2019, we began mobilizing on this path, starting a search fund to acquire our first company to begin meeting these goals.

MICHAEL HENDRIX
Michael Hendrix has over 15 years of experience in engineering, quality, manufacturing, and operations leadership, with over three years in mid-level management roles from technology companies (MakerBot, MOO, Bond) to multinational enterprises (Ford Motor Company, Newell Brands). Successes in leading operations and quality for companies with revenues ranging from $3M to $14B and COGs ranging from $3M to $40M. Effective in developing high performing teams and organizations ranging from five to 200 employees and informally leading small to large matrix teams with upwards of 100 cross-functional team members. Experience with leading and driving start-ups, turn-around efforts, and cost reduction initiatives. Industry leadership experience includes eCommerce, automotive, 3D printing, digital correspondence, and consumer packaged goods.
Specialties: Gaining efficiencies and improving financial performance including gross profit through elimination of waste, process optimization, quality improvement, and people management. Turning around poor product and supplier quality, and improving the customer experience. Optimizing workforce utilization and scaling operations to meet aggressive revenue and net income targets.

Michael Brown is a results-oriented senior finance leader with nearly 20 years of professional experience across several industries in companies ranging from $100M to $45B in revenue. Michael has extensive knowledge in all major areas of finance, including budgeting, forecasting, decision support, strategic investments, business development, and cash flow management. Adept at driving process efficiency, automating routine analyses, transforming complex data sets into actionable insights, and influencing key business decisions. He is as comfortable leading early stage start-ups through periods of rapid growth and organizational change, as he is managing multi-billion dollar P&Ls and driving global cost reduction initiatives. Industry experience includes cloud computing, IaaS, advertising technology, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, human resource consulting, and financial institutions.

She has a broad knowledge base in consumer and customer initiatives; she has delivered key brand messaging and priorities through traditional media and social media communication vehicles, packaging projects and innovation launches, and trade & consumer promotions, driving incremental sales for brands including but not limited to Unilever, Pfizer, Revlon, and Quotient Technology.

Brian Hendrix has over 20 years of experience across the automotive and management consulting industries. At A.T. Kearney, he secured new business and top-line growth by delivering excellence on strategic consulting projects. Across multiple industries, he identified business innovation opportunities, assessed infrastructural weaknesses, and devised viable solutions to impact growth. Delivered up to $36M in value to client companies. At Ford, he sharpened their competitive edge by launching innovative, cost-effective, and highly manufacturable product designs. Became the 1st Air Induction System Engineer to deliver a patented design that was rolled out globally.
