A Message to Sellers

My primary goal for this transaction is to continue the success of your business with no immediate changes. This is a huge decision for you, especially since you’ve invested a large amount of time, money - blood, sweat, and tears. That’s why I want to ensure we work together so I can learn the operations during the transition period to ensure the legacy of the product(s)/service(s). 

What we’re looking for:

• Companies with a manufacturing or supply chain operation.

  • Key sub-sector includes Wholesale/Distribution companies, with businesses having eCommerce a plus.

• Industry agnostic: looking for slow growth businesses within a growing industry.

• Annual sales greater than $750K, and annual EBITDA or SDE between $100K - $300K.

• There are a few industries where we are not interested in making investments. They are the following:

  • Alcohol, Tobacco, Cannabis, Firearms, Adult Entertainment, Chemicals

  • Real Estate, Construction, New Builds related cycles
